This year our theme is Speak Up – Listen Up – Follow Up.

It’s a great opportunity to involve everyone in your organisation and show how we all have our part to play in making speaking up business as usual.

We’ll also be encouraging people to complete the Freedom to Speak Up Elearning and make a Speak Up pledge.
